Ingredients

0.5 kilo MONTEREY PORK KASIM

0.5 kilo MONTEREY FRESH CHICKEN, cut into Serving Pieces

3 tbsp crushed garlic

1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper

1 pc bay leaf

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

0.5 cup soy sauce

0.75 cup vinegar (paombong)

2 cups water

Procedure

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over high heat until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer, covered for 45 minutes. Remove cover and cook for another 5 minutes for sauce to reduce and thicken. Makes 8 servings.
