Asian Chili Beef



Ingredients

1/2 kg MONTEREY BEEF SUKIYAKI

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tsp chili garlic sauce

1 tsp iodized fine salt

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL

1 tsp chopped garlic

1/2 cup basil leaves

1/2 cup wansoy leaves

Procedure

<[if !supportLists]>1.      <[endif]>Marinate eef in Worcestershire sauce, coconut milk, lemon juice, chili garlic sauce and salt. Set aside for 15 minutes then drain beef from marinade. Reserve marinade.

<[if !supportLists]>2.      <[endif]>Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Sauté garlic then add beef. Stir-fry until brown. Add marinade, basil and wansoy leaves. Cook for another 3 minutes. Serve.

 

 Makes 5 to 6 servings.
