Beef in Oyster Sauce
Chinese dishes are often stir-fried in oyster sauce. This dish is a rendition of the classic Chinese dish but with its own twists. The ingredients are easy to find and the steps are easy to follow. You don’t even need to be a great cook to whip up this great meal. Just follow these easy steps.
1 kg MONTEREY BEEF SUKIYAKI CUT
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
2 tbsp ginger strips
1 tbsp rice wine
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
1 cup snow peas (sitsaro)
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp rice wine
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water

<[if !supportLists]>2. <[endif]>Using a wok, heat oil over high heat. Sauté ginger then add rice wine. Add beef mixture and sauté.
<[if !supportLists]>3. <[endif]>In a bowl, combine oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch and water. Mix until cornstarch is fully dissolved. Add to beef.
<[if !supportLists]>4. <[endif]>Add snow peas into the beef mixture then season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes more to cook through.
