Beef Rib Curry



Ingredients

1 kilo MONTEREY BEEF SHORT RIBS or KALDERETA CUT

.5 cup MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL

.5 cup onion, chopped

.5 cup garlic, chopped

.5 cup ginger, chopped

3 pc dried chili

.5 cup basil leaves, chopped

1 tbsp cumin powder

.5 cup wansoy leaves

2 pc dried kaffir lime leaf

2 cup coconut cream

1 lit water

2 tbsp sugar

.5 cup fish sauce

salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

Put everything in a pan except for the beef short ribs/kaldereta cut. Simmer for 10 minutes in medium high heat. Transfer in a blender an puree for 15 seconds. Transfer in a pan and add more water if necessary. Add in beef and cook until beef becomes tender. Season with salt and pepper. Serve. 


Makes 5 - 6 Servings.
