Cap off a long day with this hearty, delicious stew.
Step 1
In a pan over medium heat, add half of the butter and oil. Sauté half of the garlic then add onions, carrots, spring onions and celery. Season with half of the rice wine, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
Step 2
Add rice and eggs. Mix well. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat remaining butter and oil then sauté remaining garlic. Add ground beef. Season with the remaining rice wine, soy sauce, sugar and white pepper. Cook until beef is done.
Step 4
Remove from heat and top on fried rice.
