Step 1
Mix butter, parsley, cilantro, thyme, rosemary, pepper and bacon. Transfer to a cling wrap, roll and make a log. Secure both ends by twisting the cling wrap. Put in the freezer to set.
Step 2
Heat oil and butter on a pan over high heat.
Step 3
Season beef with salt, pepper and paprika then brown beef about 1/2 minute on each side for medium rare doneness.
Step 4
Slice 3 inches of the compound butter and place on top of beef while hot. Serve with desired sidings and garnishes.
