Step 1
Heat oil in pan. Add lamb and cook until brown in color. Add onions, garlic and ginger. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Add water, allspice, salt, pepper, cinnamon sticks, star anise, laurel leaves, honey and molasses. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
When lamb cubes are tender, add prunes and nuts. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
