In a bowl, marinate chicken with fish sauce, Tom Yum paste and cream. Refrigerate at least an hour or overnight.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry chicken for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain off excess oil and set aside.
Heat remaining marinade in a pot and simmer for 5 minutes to make a sauce.
Put chicken in a plate drizzle with sauce and top with cilantro.
